White porcelain with polychrome flower and insect painting; set consisting of: 1 large plate (D: approx. 25.5 cm) with osier relief and decoration “Blume 1 Mitte, multicoloured, gilt rim”; 6 plates (D: approx. 17.5 cm) in “Neuer Ausschnitt” shape with 2 × decoration “Blumen und Insekten, multicoloured, gilt rim”, 2 × “Gestreute Blümchen, multicoloured, gilt rim” and 2 × “Blume, naturalistic, multicoloured, with butterfly, gilt rim”; 6 × first quality, large plate with 2 grinder’s marks; good condition with slight age-related signs of wear, gilt rim in places slightly rubbed; all plates fitted with wall mounts, which on the 6 small plates are very large and partly detached, revealing the crossed swords marks; underglaze blue crossed swords marks (6 × pommel swords) and various auxiliary marks (blind stamps, painter’s marks in grey and red); weight: approx. 1,820 g.

White porcelain with fine “Goldhauch” ground decoration (also known as “Goldstaub” or “Goldpuder”); mocha cup (H: approx. 5.5 cm) with saucer (D: approx. 12.3 cm) from the “Siesta” mocha service; spherical lidded box (H: approx. 8 cm, D: approx. 9.6 cm); first choice; age-related signs of wear (fine scratches mainly on the saucer and slight wear to the decoration); each piece marked underglaze on the base with blue old sceptre mark, red orb and painter’s marks (black letters and numbers, probably incl. painter’s mark, and impressed mark on the saucer); total weight: approx. 390 g.

White porcelain with polychrome floral painting and gilt rim; bread plates or small dessert/pastry plates (D: 12.5 cm) with central naturalistic floral motifs (nasturtium, honeysuckle, wallflower and others); first choice; very good condition with no noteworthy signs of wear; each marked underglaze on the base with blue old sceptre mark, red orb and painter’s marks (impressed mark, fine blue numerals, likely incl. painter’s mark), as well as in red the inscription “Hermann Franzen Düsseldorf Königsallee 42,” apparently a special commission for the renowned retailer; total weight: approx. 1,080 g.

White porcelain with polychrome fruit decoration and gilt rim; one large bowl (D: approx. 26.7 cm) and eight dessert plates (D: approx. 18.8-19 cm, one plate approx. 20 cm), each with a central naturalistic fruit motif (cherries, strawberries, gooseberries, redcurrants and others); very good condition with only minor signs of use (fine surface scratches); each marked underglaze on the base with blue old sceptre mark, red orb and additional marks (impressed mark, fine black numerals, likely incl. painter’s mark); the 20 cm plate bears the sceptre mark with the additional letter “S” (= production at the Selb satellite factory in the years following World War II up to 1957); total weight: approx. 3.4 kg.

White porcelain with lavish polychrome and gilded painting and decoration; in cartouches of varying sizes, depictions of various deities (Diana, Europa on the bull and others), animal scenes in gold on Bordeaux red, putti and floral ornamentation; height: approx. 23 and 23.5 cm; age-related signs of wear, minor imperfections (glaze chips and abrasions), one candelabrum broken all around and restored, some wax residue on the surface and in the nozzles, slight soiling; on the base the blue Bindenschild mark as well as inscriptions “Diana”, “Leukothea”, “Cephisa and Amor”, “Angelica and Medoro”, “Jupiter and Callisto”, “Neptune”, “Cupid disarmed”, “Europa”; in one scene the signature “Beer” (?); total weight: 1.6 kg.
