Shipping Information

DHL We send DHL standard packages with a value of up to €500 within Germany and the EU, each weighing up to 5 kg (national postage €9.50/EU postage €35) and up to a weight of 10 kg (National postage €14.50 / EU postage €45).
Bulky goods: For DHL parcels that require a bulky goods surcharge due to the package dimensions, there is a postage surcharge of €30 (nationally) and €45 (within the EU). You can read the relevant dimensions on the DHL website under the bulky goods shipping point.
Increased insurance: Jewelry, art and collector’s items with a value of over €500 cannot be insured against loss or transport damage as DHL parcel shipments within Germany. Within the EU and for international shipping, higher insurance is possible individually in increments of €1000.
Packaging costs: Our packaging flat rate is €10 per package.

Bertram Jewelry shipping Higher-value jewelry shipments are sent via insured value shipping (usually up to a maximum of €10,000) through the Bertram jewelry shipping service/in cooperation with UPS (national postage €24,70, postage within the EU varies between €50 and €100).
Packaging costs: Our packaging flat rate is €10.00 per package. 

MBE We hand over duty-paying transports and bulky goods to the transport company MBE, the Hamburg office of MAILBOXES ETC. The shipping/packaging costs are invoiced by MAILBOXES ETC. The price varies depending on the object, so we will obtain an offer for you from MBE, which we will pass on to the transport company after your approval. 

Shipping by forwarding company For shipments that require a freight forwarder due to dimensions, value and guarantee of transport safety, we recommend the companies Fine Art Transfer (m.heincz@web.de), Udo Pross Transporte (pross_transporte@yahoo.com) within Germany and parts of the EU, Matthias Fegers Service for Art and Trade (b.schultz@fegers-transporte.de) and Clemens Fehringer/“Rolling Creatives” (Austria) (anfrage@rolledekreative.eu). Here the shipping request is made by you or on our behalf but is billed separately to the relevant transport company.  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS FROM GREAT BRITAIN / IRELAND / SWITZERLAND: We offer shipping services for orders valued under € 1000.- in total. For orders exceeding € 1000.-, customers are responsible for organizing their own shipping. Proper packaging of the items will be provided by us.
