Change of our shipping service provider

Dear customers

Unfortunately, due to an ongoing increase in industry shipping volumes during the past months, more losses and damages during shipment with our current shipping agent DHL have been noted, with items neither being replaced nor refunded in spite of additional insurance cover acquired.

To limit and avoid client dissatisfaction and to improve client services, we have with immediate effect, changed our shipping service provider. The organization and processing of the national and international shipping of purchased goods will be carried out by our shipping partner:

Mail Boxes Etc. 0116, Business Services Ghaemi e.K. (Friesenstrasse 1, 20097 Hamburg, Mail: mbe0116@mbe.de; Fax: 040-23 16 6765; website: www.mbe.de/dembe0116).

*Excluded from this is the shipping of all Jewelry within Germany and certain parts of the EU (see below).

The following services are included in the shipping by our shipping partner:

Professional and individual packaging as well as live tracking.

Guaranteed insurance against transport damage or loss.

Processing of all customs formalities (for international shipments outside the EU).

Please note:

Kindly ensure that you inform us of your shipping preference (stating whether there is an alternative delivery address), preferably while placing your bids, or at the latest after receiving your invoice. (See our standard "Shipping instructions" form).

With immediate effect, shipping and packaging costs are no longer included on our invoices (exception: jewelry value shipping in Germany and in parts of the EU, see below).

Payments in settlement of auction invoices will be transferred directly to our bank account as usual. For the shipping and packaging you will receive a separate invoice from Mail Boxes Etc, which payment needs to be transferred directly to their stated account number. Shipping costs quotations may be obtained on request, or you may contact MBE directly by e-mail.

The value shipping costs for jewelry (up to € 10,000 within Germany and in parts of the EU) will still be included on our invoices.
