Dreiteiliges Art Déco Teeservice aus Messing, um 1930
Three-piece Art Déco tea set, circa 1930
Messing; vermutlich nach dem Entwurf von Christian Fjerdingstad; dreiteiliges Service mit rundem Korpus und mittig geprägtem kreisförmigem Dekor auf trapezförmigem Stand, bestehend aus: 1) Teekanne mit seitlich abklappbarem Deckel, halbkreisförmiger Handhabe und J-Henkel aus Bakelit sowie breitem, geschwungenem, profiliertem Ausguss; Höhe: ca. 15,7 cm. 2) Milchkännchen mit seitlich abklappbarem Deckel, halbkreisförmiger Handhabe und J-Henkel aus Bakelit, zum Korpus hin gezinnt, sowie breitem, geschwungenem, profiliertem Ausguss; Höhe: ca. 11,6 cm. 3) Zuckerdose mit abnehmbarem Deckel und Handhabe aus Bakelit; Abplatzung an der Handhabe von ca. 0,5 cm Länge; Höhe: ca. 11,5 cm. Altersbedingter Gebrauchszustand; oberflächliche Mikrokratzer, minimale Dellen und Restaurationsrückstände; Gesamtgewicht: ca. 1833 g.
Brass; presumably after a design by Christian Fjerdingstad; three-piece set with round body and centrally embossed circular décor on a trapezoidal base, consisting of: 1) teapot with laterally folding lid, semicircular handle and Bakelite J-handle, and broad, curved, moulded spout; height: approx. 15.7 cm. 2) milk jug with laterally folding lid, semicircular handle and Bakelite J-handle, tinned towards the body, and broad, curved, moulded spout; height: approx. 11.6 cm. 3) sugar bowl with removable lid and Bakelite handle; chip on the handle measuring approx. 0.5 cm in length; height: approx. 11.5 cm. Age-related condition of use; superficial micro-scratches, minimal dents and traces of restoration; total weight: approx. 1833 g.
