Fayence mit weißer Glasur und Blaubemalung; 1) kleiner Teller mit 9-passiger Fahne und Spiegel, im Spiegel Chinoiserie-Szene, auf den Buckeln abwechselnd Floralmalerei und zur Fahne korrespondierender Chinoiserie-Dekor; am Rand mehrere Abplatzungen; rückseitig und auf der Fahne feine Haarrisse, div. Glasurabplatzungen; Durchmesser: ca. 25,3 cm. 2) runder Fayenceteller mit 12 Kartuschen auf der ausgestellten Fahne und Bildnis mit Insekt und Floralstaffage im Spiegel; Restaurierung von ca. 1,5 cm im Spiegel und mehrere Abplatzungen am Rand; rückseitig ornamentale Malerei und Glasurabplatzung über ca. 12 mm und altes Klebeetikett; rückseitige Wandaufhängung aus Draht; Durchmesser: ca. 31 cm. Gesamtgewicht: ca. 1,4 kg.
Faience with white glaze and blue painting; 1) small plate with nine-lobed rim and well, the well decorated with a chinoiserie scene, the bosses alternating with floral painting and chinoiserie decoration corresponding to the rim; along the rim several chips; on the reverse and on the rim fine hairline cracks, various glaze losses; diameter: approx. 25.3 cm. 2) round faience plate with twelve cartouches on the flared rim and a depiction with an insect and floral embellishment in the well; restoration of approx. 1.5 cm in the well and several chips along the rim; on the reverse ornamental painting and a glaze loss of approx. 12 mm, as well as an old adhesive label; wire wall suspension on the reverse; diameter: approx. 31 cm. Total weight: approx. 1.4 kg.
Sterling silver; total weight: approx. 220 g; six-piece assemblage of decorative spoons comprising: 1) Christmas spoon with mistletoe motif in enamel at the end of the handle; stamped on the reverse “JUL 1946”, maker’s mark “A. Michelsen Copenhagen”, and fineness mark; length: approx. 16 cm. 2) Danish Christmas spoon with floral enamel decoration at the end of the handle; stamped on the reverse “1976”, unidentified maker’s and jeweller’s marks and fineness mark; length: approx. 15.1 cm. 3) Sugar spoon with sculptural crown finial; engraved on the bowl on the reverse and marked on the handle with fineness mark and unidentified maker’s mark; length: approx. 12.8 cm. 4) Spoon with star motif at the end of the handle; stamped on the reverse with Georg Jensen maker’s mark and fineness mark; length: approx. 15.5 cm. 5) Christmas spoon with ornamental blue enamel decoration at the end of the handle; stamped on the reverse “JUL 1961”, maker’s mark “A. Michelsen Copenhagen”, and fineness mark; length: approx. 16.7 cm. 6) Spoon with blue enamel along the handle and crown finial; stamped on the reverse with fineness mark and unidentified maker’s mark; length: approx. 13.5 cm.
All pieces with age-related signs of wear and partially retaining original gilding.
Handles in sterling; total weight: approx. 208 g; cake knife and cake server with slightly curved, fluted handles featuring lotus blossom decoration at the end; stamped on the reverse of the handle with jeweller’s mark and fineness mark, and stamped with the jeweller’s mark on the blades; age-related signs of wear; length of the knife: approx. 32 cm; length of the server: approx. 27.5 cm.
925/- silver; weight: approx. 1297 g; silver water jug on a round, stepped, convex base with bulbous, fully gadrooned wall accented with a continuous beaded frieze, sharply tapered neck, wide spout and large J-handle; stamped on the underside with fineness mark, numbering, unidentified maker’s and jeweller’s marks as well as a distorted punch; age-related signs of wear and oxidation residues; height: approx. 26.2 cm.
Sterling silver and plated metal; total weight: 225 g; pair of silver salt cellars of oval form on four claw feet with openwork sides, wavy rim and finely chased wings in the reserve; underside with engraved ligated monogram as well as struck master’s mark, duty mark, town mark and date letter; each with a small silver spoon made of electroplated nickel silver, also England; one blue glass liner missing; age-related signs of wear and oxidation residues; spoon length: approx. 6.5 cm; dimensions of the cellars: approx. 4.6 x 8.3 x 6.3 cm.
