Aquarell auf Papier; abstrahierte geometrische Kompositionen in koloristischem Farbkonzept; jeweils unten links betitelt in Bleistift „Kraniche“ und „Kl. Sabal“ (?), jeweils unten rechts unleserlich signiert „J. Kafflacke“ (?); beide mit hellgrau textilbezogenen Galeriepassepartouts; beide in ebonisierten Holzrahmen mit silberfarbener Innenleiste, beide mit mehreren Bestoßungen; altersbedingte Gebrauchsspuren; nicht geöffnet; Maße der Bildausschnitte: ca. 9,5 x 15,5 cm bzw. ca. 10 x 14 cm; Rahmenmaße: ca. 17 x 24 cm; Gesamtgewicht: ca. 745 g.

Monochrome prints on paper; landscape views with architectural staffage, consisting of a depiction of the Roman amphitheatre of Pula in Croatia, titled in the centre “POLA” and inscribed lower left with the name of the printing house, in a wide Passepartout with gilt edging, under glass, in a simple gilt frame, not opened, image section dimensions: ca. 9 x 11 cm, frame dimensions: ca. 20.5 x 22.8 cm, together with a depiction of the ancient Italian city of Baiae, titled in the centre “BAY OF BAIÆ”, inscribed lower left “Drawn by J. D. Harding”, lower right “Engraved by J. C. Varrall” and with the name of the printing house, in a wide Passepartout with gilt edging, under glass, in a simple gilt frame, not opened, image section dimensions: ca. 11 x 16 cm, frame dimensions: ca. 25.5 x 31.7 cm; total weight: ca. 880 g.
