Antique serving platter with floral decoration, first quality, Meissen, pre Marcolini period (1965 - 1774)
Weißporzellan mit polychromer Blumenmaniermalerei; große Platte in ovaler Form mit ausgestellter, geschweifter, mehrpassiger Fahne und ovalem Spiegel; auf der Schauseite umlaufendes Streublumendekor auf der Fahne und großes Blumenbukett im Spiegel; starker Farbabrieb am Rand und im Spiegel; unterglasur blaue Schwertermarke; Maße: ca. 45,7 x 34,8 cm; Gewicht: ca. 1,48 kg.
White porcelain with polychrome floral painting in the Blumenmanier style; large oval platter with flared, scrolled, multi-lobed rim and oval well; on the front, scattered floral decoration around the rim and a large flower bouquet in the well; heavy paint wear to the rim and well; underglaze blue crossed swords mark; dimensions: approx. 45.7 x 34.8 cm; weight: approx. 1.48 kg.
800/- silver and colourless cut glass; total weight: approx. 1191 g; decanter with quatrefoil, pear-shaped body, vertically ornamentally cut, on a square base with angular handle, spout, hinged lid with mouth and spherical thumbpiece in silver; lid engraved “H.Y.C. Alster 25.7.1909”; on the side of the lid stamped with crescent and crown, a partially struck unidentified maker’s mark, model number and fineness mark; solder residues on the centre of the lid, isolated enclosed foreign inclusions in the glass, chip in the glass measuring approx. 1 cm, heavy oxidation traces, wear to the base; height: approx. 31 cm.
Stamped: 13-lot silver; total weight: 3.6 kg; marked F. Peters und Bahlsen; assembled in four parts; square plinth; circular bell-shaped base with encircling relief ornament and acanthus-leaf decoration; cylindrical shaft section with four semi-relief mythological figures to the body; drawn-in, stepped central section transitioning into a conical shaft, encircled at the beginning and end by relief acanthus-leaf decoration; four cornucopia-shaped candle arms with circular drip pans and vase-shaped nozzles; central sculptural caryatid supporting one candle nozzle; overall height: each approx. 65.5 cm; plinth dimensions: approx. 17.3 x 17.3 cm; one applied element slightly loose; good age-related condition.
